There are many advantages to owning your own credit cards. This is definitely thanks to the increasing competition between banks that are vying for you to use them and their offers and policies on credit cards. Obviously they are motivated, not simply for your good but, more importantly, also for their own financial gain. Therefore, though this is not wholly discouraging the ownership and use of credit cards, it encouraging awareness in its use. That is, like most financial initiatives, they are built in with both advantages and disadvantages. It is imperative to reap the advantages associated with credit card use, and minimize the disadvantages.
